Due to the limited nature of our inventory and the hygienic nature of apparel, all purchases from Judy’s Jammies are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Sizing & Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions

  • Size charts

  • Measurements

  • Materials

  • Care instructions

We are not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect size selection. Measurements are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

Variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

 

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct shipping address

  • Correct item selection

  • Correct size selection

Orders cannot be modified after submission.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at: Contact @ JudysJammies.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Clear photographs of packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion via replacement or store credit.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages.

 

Fraud & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for reasons that violate this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size dissatisfaction

  • Shipping delays

  • Failure to read product descriptions

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation including order confirmation, delivery confirmation and this policy agreement.
